Ok Folks,

I'm posting this for those going to this event for your information. Please get back to me or Norm so we know who is attending and can make the necessary arrangements.
I have taken out the email addresses, so if you need them, let me know.
Mike

Below is a proposed schedule for the April event from John Wega of the USCC. Please let me know what you think about it and how your unit will fit into the schedule. I assume John Wega will do 1 Living History Presentation & the Chapel Service. I think that Rob's Drum & Fife can do another one, and the other one can be Candy's herb presentation and/or Sara's cooking presentation. I am also assuming your units' interaction with the public will be ongoing, including kids' crafts. I need to get publicity out soon so please get back to me ASAP. I know Rob's unit is the 11th PA but I don't know Sara's & Ron's so please let me know the name of your units and what you plan to do. Thanks. I really appreciate it a lot.
Blessings,
Pastor Jim

I am sorry to say that Liz and I won't be attending this. Would be nice if we could! We had every intention to do so, but she has been invited to do a Sock Knitting demonstration by her yarn supplier. It's a considerable discount so. I will be there also, handing out cards and info for the unit. If you want handmade period 100% authentic WOOL socks... be sure to ask! :D

Indeed they are awesome SGT, but those are "HANDKNIT Kilt socks" not "Sock Machine" knit... still both are awesome! If Chuck Norris was wearing those socks while roudhouse kicking you... the level of awesomeness and comfort would be indescribeable! Really, if you want some really great comfortable and "period" socks, let us know!
